Benchmarking to FISIP Universitas Brawijaya: Efforts to Improve the Quality of Education and Administrative Services

Malang, 29 November 2024 – Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) Udayana University carried out benchmarking activities at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Brawijaya University on Friday, 29 November 2024. This activity aims to gain insight and direct experience regarding the management of the quality assurance system at FISIP Brawijaya University, as well as a real effort to improve the quality of education and administrative services at FISIP Udayana University.

In this activity, the delegation from Udayana University consisting of faculty leaders, lecturer representatives and educational staff were warmly received by the leadership of FISIP Universitas Brawijaya. The event began with a welcoming session, followed by a presentation regarding the management strategy for the quality assurance system implemented at FISIP Universitas Brawijaya. Participants also had the opportunity to directly discuss best practices in education management, research and administrative services.

“This activity is very important for us to learn and adapt the positive things that have been done at FISIP Universitas Brawijaya. "The hope is that this can have a significant impact on improving quality at Udayana University's FISIP," said one representative from the leadership of Udayana University's FISIP.

On the other hand, FISIP Universitas Brawijaya welcomed this activity as a form of collaboration between universities to continue to encourage the development of the quality of higher education in Indonesia. “We are happy to be able to share our experiences and good practices that we have carried out so far. "Hopefully this collaboration can continue in the future," said a representative from FISIP Universitas Brawijaya.

By carrying out this activity, it is hoped that FISIP Udayana University will be able to implement the results of benchmarking to continue to improve the quality of academic and administrative services, in line with the vision and mission of the institution in facing the challenges of the increasingly dynamic world of higher education.
