[PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION OF FISIP UNUD ACCEPT WORK VISIT OF NORTH SULAWESI IPDN]

The Public Administration of FISIP UNUD received a working visit from the Institute of Domestic Administration (IPDN) North Sulawesi Campus. This activity took place on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at the Hall Building of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University. The North Sulawesi Regional Campus IPDN delegation led by Dr. Djouhari Kansil. This working visit was attended by a group of active IPDN students and teams at the North Sulawesi Campus.

The North Sulawesi IPDN team that carried out the working visit was welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University, Dr. Drs. I Nengah Punia, M.Si. Also welcomed by the Deputy Dean 1 for Academic Affairs and Planning, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Dr. Ni Made Ras Amanda Gelgel, S.Sos., M.Si. and Deputy Dean II for the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Dr. Piers Andreas Noak, SH., M. Si. And accompanied by the Coordinator of the Public Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, I Putu Dharmanu Yudartha, S.Sos., M.PA. And all active lecturers from the Public Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University.

Dr. Djouhari Kansil representing the Director of IPDN conveyed that a working visit was carried out to prepare cadres or Government Human Resources (HR) both at the Central and Regional levels, through the Teaching, Training and Parenting Education process with the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University. In addition, they also exchange experiences related to implementation and learning strategies during the pandemic, journaling and learning curricula.

I Putu Dharmanu Yudartha, S.Sos., M.PA. as the Coordinator of the Public Administration Study Program, on this occasion introduced the Public Administration study program of FISIP UNUD to IPDN North Sulawesi. Dr. Drs. I Nengah Punia, M.Si. as the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University informed about the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) program which was launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbud Ristek). MBKM provides vast opportunities for Indonesian students to gain knowledge and experience outside of their own field of study.

Through this activity, it is expected to be able to provide an overview in improving the quality of Human Resources who in the future will become cadres of government administrators both at the Central and Regional levels through the basic level, namely the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This activity ended with a group photo session and all activities were carried out in accordance with the Covid-19 health protocol.
