NETWORK OF ORGANIZATIONAL SYNERGY AND HARMONY - PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATION OF UDAYANA UNIVERSITY HELD A JOINT VISITATION WITH STUDENT ASSOCIATION OF STATE ADMINISTRATIVE SCIENCE PROGRAM NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION

Sunday, (23/7/2023). The Public Administration Student Association of Udayana University is holding a VISITATION 2023 activity in collaboration with the Pendidikan Nasional University State Administration Study Program Student Association. Taking place at Pondok Jaka Sangeh, Abiansemal, Badung Regency, this activity was held offline. This year, the theme of Salunglung Sabayantaka is: Creating a Sense of Togetherness and Individual Familiarity in Organizations through 2023 visitations. This activity has the aim of increasing insight into organizations, building relationships to create synergy and harmony, and sharing information between the Udayana University Public Administration Student Association and the UNDIKNAS State Administration Study Program Student Association.

This activity began with a report from the Chairman of the Committee by Fariz Van Basten Lumbantobing. Followed by remarks from the Chairperson of the Student Association of the UNDIKNAS State Administration Study Program, I Wayan Tu Adi. Further remarks from the Chairperson of the Public Administration Student Association at Udayana University, Ida Bagus Made Wedhana Manuaba who also officially opened the VISITATION 2023 event.

Based on the theme adopted, namely Salunglung Sabayanntak: Creating a Sense of Togetherness and Individual Familiarity in Organizations through a 2023 visitation, the two Associations introduced each other to the Cabinet of the Association and their respective work programs from both the Public Administration Student Association of Udayana University and the Student Association of the UNDIKNAS State Administration Study Program. Both parties seemed enthusiastic to introduce their vision, mission and work programs per department. The next agenda is sharing sessions between related departments that have been previously agreed upon. The sharing session activities went well, each functionary was active and enthusiastic in exchanging ideas to find out the performance of each department in order to obtain information and improve the performance of their respective associations..

After carrying out the sharing session activities, the event was enlivened by a joint games session between the Udayana University Public Administration Student Association and the UNDIKNAS State Administration Study Program Student Association. The game went on with great enthusiasm, laughter and joy because of the enthusiasm and liveliness of the two functionaries of the association.

At the end of the VISITASI 2023 event, the two Associations conveyed their impressions and messages on the continuation of the VISITASI 2023 event. This was followed by the submission of plaques and certificates to the UNDIKNAS State Administration Study Program Student Association which were handed over directly by the Head of the Public Administration Student Association at Udayana University and the Chair of the Committee. Then it ended with a joint photo session between the two groups. It is hoped that this activity can increase synergy and establish close cooperation in the future. .
