PANVESTIVITY XV 2025: A Cheerful Fun Run and Euphoria at the Retirement Night Color 15 Years of Public Administration

On Saturday, November 8, 2025, a 5K Fun Run activity was held in the framework of PANVESTIVITY XV (Public Administration Anniversary, Festival, and Charity) organized by the Public Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, as part of the Department 6 work program which aims to strengthen the branding of Panvestivity XV as an inclusive and classy festival event and as a social and environmental fundraising event through a charity run. This activity took place from the Sudirman campus area - Sanglah area - Graha Yowana Suci - Sudirman campus again, with an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and enthusiasm from all participants. The official event was started by the MC at 05.55 WITA, followed by remarks and the release of the starting flag by the Coordinator of the Public Administration Study Program, Dr. Komang Adi Sastrawijaya S.S., M.AP.

The main event, namely the 5K Fun Run, lasted for approximately one hour until 06.55 WITA. After the participants successfully reached the finish line, the committee group awarded medals to the participants, then continued with the dessert distribution agenda and the participants took a 30-minute break. Then continued with the group exercise agenda at 07.40 WITA which was guided by the instructors to maintain the participants' fitness after running. After the exercise, the event continued with the door prize session and the awarding of prizes to lucky participants and competition winners. In closing, the MC closed the event at 08.30 WITA, marking the end of the entire series of activities of the 5K Fun Run "PANVESTIVITY XV".

In the afternoon, a ceremonial activity was held to commemorate PANVESTIVITY XV (Public Administration Anniversary, Festival and Charity) which is part of the 15th Anniversary celebration of the Public Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. This activity was held in the Sudirman campus area and officially started at 15.20 WITA, followed by an opening dance that displayed the spirit of togetherness of Public Administration students. After that, a prayer was read and the song Indonesia Raya was sung, the FISIP Mars, and the AP Mars. The event then continued with a report from the Chair of the Committee, Dikha Pratama Setyo, remarks from the Chair of HIMA AP, I Komang Indra Darmawan, remarks from the Head of Public Administration Study Program, Coordinator of the Public Administration Study Program, Dr. Komang Adi Sastrawijaya S.S., M.AP., and remarks from the Dean of FISIP, Dr. Drs. I Nengah Punia, M.Si.

The opening series concluded with the cutting of the tumpeng as a symbol of the official opening of the PANVESTIVITY XV 2025 ceremonial event. After the welcoming session, the activity continued with the calling of Outstanding Students (Mapres), an impromptu band performance, and Joged Bumbung as interactive entertainment for the attendees. The event ran smoothly and was full of enthusiasm from all participants, committee members, lecturers, alumni, and the general public who attended.

The Peak Night began at 7:35 PM WITA with an opening by the MC, followed by a series of student entertainment performances showcasing the best talents from the Public Administration Study Program. The performance began with a vocal duet by Karli & Davina (AP’25), then followed by an MC performance and solo vocals by Anjani (AP’23). Next, the Ben Trok Band appeared to enliven the atmosphere with energetic musical performances, followed by Spice Angels (AP’24) who delivered an engaging performance.

As the highlight of the event, a DJ performance served as a spectacular closing, enlivening the evening with lively music until 10:35 PM WITA. The PANVESTIVITY XV Retirement Night activities proceeded orderly, safely, and with a spirit of togetherness. The entire series of events were successfully carried out according to the predetermined schedule and received positive appreciation from all parties in attendance.

It is hoped that through this activity, solidarity between students, lecturers, and alumni of Public Administration will be strengthened, and the values ​​of togetherness and creativity will continue to grow in the spirit of Public Administration for Society.
