FISIP Unud Releases 36 Prospective Graduates of Bachelor Program and Diploma Program III

The release of Prospective Graduates of the 38th Period of FISIP Unud was held Wednesday, October 27, 2021 in the Fourth Floor Hall of Building B of Fisip Sudirman Denpasar Campus. The release of Prospective Graduates of the 38th Period is carried out hybridly by presenting student representatives from each study program offline and others present online. The best graduate graduation candidate of the Bachelor Program was achieved by Putu Resta Wira Prananta, S.Ikom from the Communication Science Study Program with a study length of 4 years 2 months and a IPK of 3.79 predicate with Praise.

Dean of FISIP Dr. Drs. I Nengah Punia, M. Si in his speech expressed his gratitude to students who have been able to graduate on time both with undergraduate and associate degrees. The Dean also expressed his appreciation for choosing FISIP as a place to continue education and to forge themselves. Apologies are conveyed for all shortcomings in terms of facilities and services that students receive during their education at FISIP. Prospective graduates are expected to always maintain the good name of alma mater wherever they are and proud as alumni of FISIP Unud.

The Dean said that the educational success that has been achieved should still be continued in life in the community. It is expected that students can implement the knowledge obtained by devoting it both in the community environment and in the place of work. May the knowledge gained be able to provide illumination and enlightenment for yourself and others. There are three options that can be done as a college graduate, namely, 1. directly work by implementing the knowledge and experience that has been obtained during the lecture process, 2. Create work with the experience that has been gained with the analysis and theory studied, 3. Continue education to a higher level for those who have research interests.

The Dean reminded prospective graduates that FISIP graduates have been equipped with theories and analytical methods that are ready to compete in the world of work. Prospective graduates should also be proud of the scholarship that has been achieved. The key is always discipline. In the realm of democracy, students are reasonable to be critical but the Dean also reminded in submitting criticism should be accompanied by a polite attitude in accordance with academic ethics.
